Following a successful launch of last year’s digital tech conference, Cambodia will once again be hosting Southeast Asia’s largest digital tech conference Digital Cambodia 2020 to demonstrate the growth potential of digital technology and attract investment in the country’s digital industry.
120 speakers, 200 exhibitors and more than 30,000 visitors from private and public sectors including NGOs, startups, ICT service providers, diplomatic and educational institutions and more are expected to be at the event.
Digital Cambodia aims to help prepare Cambodia to transform into a digital economy by 2023.
“Policies being developed by the Royal Government of Cambodia, in particular those related to preparing the country for the digital economy, align with a long-term vision to make Cambodia a leader in digital technology”, sand H.E. Tram Iv Tek, Minister of MPTC. He went on to say that “Digital Cambodia 2020 highlights Cambodia’s commitment to building a digital economy, and emphasizes the priority we place on building digital talent right here in Cambodia.”
The conference will be held at Koh Pich (Diamond Island) Exhibition Centre on 20 March at 09:00 – 22 March at 19:00.
