Impact Hub and AWSEN Host Workshops for Female Entrepreneurs

Starting from 19 November, Impact Hub, in collaboration with the Asian Women Social Entrepreneur Network (AWSEN) will bring workshops to Cambodian females to build their business capacity.

For all women out there with business ideas aspiring to solve a social or environmental problem, or have already started a social business enterprise and would need some support to help your business reach its full potential, then Women of Impact: Business Workshops for Female Social Entrepreneurs is for you!

The four-week programme which runs every Saturday morning from 10am – 12pm from 19 November to 10 December will feature industry experts and different themes such as ‘Building High Performance Teams’, ‘Branding and Marketing’, ‘Fundraising For Good’, and ‘Business Development’, aimed to tackle specific aspects and difficulties of businesses.

Chhunny Noem, the founder of Anakot Asia, and one of the industry experts featured at the event will be sharing about building high performance teams. Having over a decade of experience in leadership, management, training and motivational speaking, he prides himself in his engaging yet relevant learning workshops by integrating personal wellness and balance into every training program that he offers.

Nancy Jeffe, the Strategy Manager for Mango Tango Marketing, will also give her take during the ‘Branding and Marketing’ workshop. Mango Tango Marketing provides marketing and media partnerships for emerging markets in Southeast Asia and has worked for clients in the development and private sectors.

Other industry experts include Cheryl Lowe, the Director of Simply Lending, Simply Giving and Nanda Pok, the Executive Director of Women for Prosperity who will be offering advice about fundraising for good and business development respectively.
