Global Social Venture Competition in Cambodia

The Global Social Venture Competition is a student-led business plan competition, that provides mentoring, exposure, and support to social ventures. The Thammasat Business School organizes GSVC in Southeast Asia in Thailand since 2007, and this year for the first time, the event will also be held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, in partnership with RUPP, NUM and Social Enterprise Cambodia. The aim of the GSVC-SEA is to create a community where the top young social innovators from ASEAN can share ideas, network, meet with other like-minded people, and develop their social businesses ventures. The event in Cambodia is free and open to everyone ; it will take place on 28th February 2015, from 9AM to 4 PM, at the Royal University of Phnom Penh (Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC)).

Among all participants, 2 Southeast Asian Winners will be chosen to represent the region during the Global Finals organised at Hass Business School in California in April 2015. During this final event, they will have the opportunity to compete with other finalists coming from around the world.
