If you haven’t met 16-year-old Ming Horn, then you’ll be in for an Internet-meme treat cooked up by her latest Cambodian nonprofit project, KhodeUp. To give a brief overview, it is a four-week immersion class for about teens at Future Light Orphanage to learn computing techniques.
