Wetland Works! is working with World Toilet Organisation to bring innovative systems in the form of floating toilets to schools in Cambodia’s Tonle Sap Lake through a crowdfunding campaign.
You might have heard of Open Institute (OI) before, a nongovernmental and not-for-profit organisation that is helping Cambodia to advance towards a Kingdom with extensive access to high quality education, information, communications, and technology. As part of Development Innovation’s (DI) Innovation in Action learning series, representatives from the Khmer Library app were invited to do a sharing session at DI on the 30th July, from 3.30pm to 5pm. The app recently won the Best Performance in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at the Cambodia ICT Award 2015 (CICTA).
