Known as the largest celebration of entrepreneurship, this year marks its eighth annual celebration after holding events annually in 160 different countries. This year, it has set to garner a total attendance of over 10 million people all over the world who will come together to acknowledge and support the work of entrepreneurs worldwide.
Founded in 2004, the NGO “1001fontaines” (“Teuk-saat 1001” in Cambodia) has won the Google Impact Challenge through a public voting system. Through Google.org, the philanthropic arm of Google, the Google Impact Challenge was created to support and promote innovative projects that can have a positive impact on the world.
