ITC Networking Evening – Connecting Cambodian Tech Companies to Fresh Graduates

With the rapid development of ICT in our Kingdom, there is an increasing demand for individuals equipped with the relevant skills to keep up with this advancement.

As such, this is where the Networking Evening by the Institute of Technology of Cambodia comes into play!

This event was started by ITC’s very own Department of Information and Communication Engineering, which was established to help meet the demands of ICT’s growth in Cambodia. To date, they have produced over 500 qualified engineers that are currently employed in the ICT sector worldwide, including in our country.

Every year, the Department of Information and Communication Engineering’s enrolment also increases exponentially with the spiraling need of the market and partner companies for skilled tech persons. In 2017, they produced around 50 qualified IT engineers, and these students will be presenting their theses during this very Networking Evening.

This would allow the department to introduce their fresh graduates to partner companies who are looking for human resource in the field. Additionally, with various partners present at this event, it will also present the opportunity for ITC to meet with their partners, strengthen relationships and discuss human resource planning for the upcoming years.

Happening from 3PM to 8PM on July 11th, the agenda of the event is split into 2 sessions. First, in the afternoon, companies and sponsors interested in recruiting would have the chance to present job opportunities to the students. Then, the networking session would commence.
