If you’re such a person, this would be a great platform for you to run your idea past industry experts and get as many tips as possible to set you on a path to see your idea come to life!

InSTEDD iLab is located at the Phnom Penh Centre, Building E, on the fourth floor. If you’re interested to sign up for the event, simply logon to this link, http://bit.ly/2dBBYGe and register your interest!

At the event, you’ll be able to meet the amazing team behind InSTEDD including some technologists and design thinkers who will give you invaluable advice to help develop your idea.

The InSTEDD team is made up of extremely experienced individuals including Channa Ly, a senior software developer. He has worked extensively with many web applications using open source technologies. Currently, Channy is a core member of the ShareVision Team, an IT community in Phnom Penh.

Another member of the InSTEDD team is Sokmesa Khiev. He brings to the table his experience of working for local software developer ALLWEB, who specialise in offshore software development.

So head on down to the event to meet industry experts like Channy, Sokmesa and the rest of the InSTEDD team who are more than keen to lend you a helping hand.

The iLab was launched in 2007 by InSTEDD in partnership with Google.org and is meant to be a space for innovation, research and consultancy with a focus on collaborative technologies for humanitarian purposes.

At iLabs, the team seeks to invent new technologies and to adapt available tools to the local context. Eventually, iLabs hopes that the local capacity will be built to an extent where locals are able to create more relevant systems that work for themselves rather than having to adopt already existing systems.

With experts’ advice at hand, this weekly event is definitely a platform for you to take your idea to the next level! Sign up right now at http://bit.ly/2dBBYGe and we will see you every Thursday for Open Thursday!
