Being the 6th edition of the signature event in Jakarta, this year’s Tech in Asia (TIA) Jakarta 2017 will be expecting over 5,000 attendees and 280 exhibiting startups at the Jakarta Convention Center from 1 November to 2 November.
As part of the exciting course of events during the conference, participants can expect various power-packed activities to gain knowledge and insights revolving around tech.
At the Main Stage, participants can get to hear from some of the heavy hitters in the tech scene, helping them to gain some valuable information from the speakers who have a wealth of experience and knowledge. Besides the amazing series of talks, the hot favourite Startup-Investor Speed Dating will be happening as well. During this segment, attending startups will get the opportunity to pitch their business ideas directly to the participating investors in 7 minute slots. For this edition, startups will have over 50 local and international investors to choose to pitch to.
Another hot favourite that will be present at TIA Jakarta 2017 is Bootstrap Alley, a startup exhibition that showcases over 280 up-and-coming startups in the region. All the startups showcased at the exhibition are special handpicked and curated from hundreds of applicants across Asia; making sure you will be seeing the cream of the crop in the local startup scene.
Aside from all that, if you are a networking freak, you can take your networking skills to the next level at the conference’s Night Crawl venues right after each day’s series of events.
