EmTech Asia 2020 is going digital

Good news for all Geeks interested in discovering new tech ideas across different sectors. EmTech Asia, the largest conference on emerging technologies, is moving online, making lectures and discussions accessible for audiences based in Cambodia.

The event will take place between Tuesday, 4 August 2020 and Thursday, 6 August 2020, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm daily (Cambodia time).

The schedule gives participants a chance to experience content that was curated for the live event online and encourages international participation from several time zones to join the conference.

All content will migrate online, including presentations from experts, moderated discussions, question-and-answer forums, and attendee networking. Plans for the new event format are coming together in real time, and the reshaped agenda can be found on EmTech Asia website.

This year, participants can look forward to talks on Artificial Intelligence, using technology and innovations in times of crises, space pursuits, healthcare, future of clean energy and more.

The decision to organise a digital version has been made to observe health and safety requirements, and to ensure that all participants and staff at EmTech Asia remain safe at home amid the covid-19 pandemic.

EmTech Asia has been organized for the 7th time by MIT Technology Review, a media company focused on technology, and Koelnmesse, a trade fair company, with the aim to drive conversations about emerging technologies.

The conference serves as a platform for collaboration and networking between like-minded individuals.

The full programme agenda can be accessed on EmTech Asia 2020, as well as full programme and speaker biographies.
