Do you think you have what it takes to be one of Asia’s top 100 startups? As part of e27’s Echelon Asia Summit 2015, they are organising the Top 100 Startups competition. These 100 will compete in qualifying events held across 14 countries, and the Top 10 that emerges will pitch at Asia’s largest tech conference to a panel of judges.
Call for submission ends on 31 January 2015. After which, judging will take place in Australia, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Japan, Korea, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan and Vietnam. Expect to pitch to representatives from venture firms, startup incubators and industry leaders.
Joining the search is definitely for you if you are looking to expand your startup into Asia, to hire the best regional talents, and gain exposure or funding.
Certainly, there is no harm in trying! By being in the running, you can gain media exposure and network with many key players in the industry. This could very well be a huge stepping stone for your startup as you get to leave an impression on attending investors.
Some of the past successes from Echelon include Redmart, who attained $23M in Series B funding, Carousell, who managed to get $6M in funding, and TradeHero, with $10M in Series A funding.
Simply submit your startup here! Those who are shortlisted will be notified through email.
